These Terms & Conditions apply to this website and all cleaning services (“Services”) provided by, Holy Shine Cleaners LLC. By accessing this website, booking a service, or submitting payment, you agree to these binding terms.

1. Who We Are

This website and Services are offered by Holy Shine Cleaners LLC, a California limited liability company operating as Holy Shine Cleaners. Our Services include exterior window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, interior cleaning, roof washing, and event/show-ready cleaning for residential and commercial properties.

2. Who Can Use Our Services

To use this website or our Services, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)

  • Possess the legal right and capacity to enter these Terms as a binding agreement

Use of this site or our Services by any person is void where prohibited by law.

3. Booking, Payments & Billing

  • Services must be booked via our website or Housecall Pro platform.

  • Payment is due within 7 calendar days of service completion (Net 7).

  • A $35 late fee applies to invoices not paid within this window.

  • By paying, you confirm satisfactory completion of the agreed scope and acceptance of these Terms.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Cleaning Policy

  • Clients may request a free re-clean within 48 hours of service if the job was not completed according to the agreed scope.

  • After 48 hours, or once payment is received, the job is considered final and complete.

  • Refunds are not issued for services already rendered.

5. Liability, Insurance & Damage

  • Holy Shine Cleaners maintains $1,000,000 general liability insurance and $10,000 bonding coverage.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration (peeling paint, brittle sealant, cracked glass, faded surfaces, etc.)

    • Structural weaknesses or faulty installation (loose siding, warped wood, old stucco, unsealed grout, etc.)

    • Water intrusion due to unsealed windows, aged roofing, or construction gaps

    • Fading, oxidation, or discoloration that becomes visible after buildup removal

  • Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service completion for review.

6. Service Standards & Access

  • Our uniformed, trained technicians use professional equipment and eco-friendly solutions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Clients must provide safe access to the property and secure valuables, pets, and fragile items in advance.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • No charge for cancellations made 48+ hours before service.

  • Same-day cancellations incur a 20% fee, except in emergencies.

  • Holy Shine Cleaners may reschedule or cancel due to unsafe conditions or severe weather.

8. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, designs, logos) is owned by Holy Shine Cleaners LLC. Any unauthorized use—including copying, distribution, or editing—is strictly prohibited.

9. User-Submitted Content

If you upload or submit content to us (reviews, photos, text), you confirm that you own the rights or have authorization and grant us permission to use the content publicly.

10. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel user accounts and refuse service for any violation of these Terms or applicable law.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holy Shine Cleaners LLC and its staff from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your use of our website or Services, violation of these Terms, or any applicable laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Holy Shine Cleaners LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Any material changes will be posted with a new Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

 

14. Promotional Messages

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive occasional promotional messages from Holy Shine Cleaners LLC. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County.
