These Terms & Conditions apply to this website and all cleaning services (“Services”) provided by, Holy Shine Cleaners LLC. By accessing this website, booking a service, or submitting payment, you agree to these binding terms.

1. Who We Are

This website and Services are offered by Holy Shine Cleaners LLC, a California limited liability company operating as Holy Shine Cleaners. Our Services include exterior window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, interior cleaning, and event/show-ready service for residential and commercial properties.

2. Who Can Use Our Services

To use this website or our Services, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)

  • Possess the legal right and capacity to enter these Terms as a binding agreement

Use of this site or our Services by any person is void where prohibited by law.

3. Booking, Payments & Billing

  • Services must be booked via our website or Housecall Pro platform.

  • Payments are due within 7 calendar days of service completion.

  • Late payments (over 7 days) incur a $35 fee.

  • By paying, you confirm satisfactory completion and acceptance of these Terms.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

  • No cash refunds after job sign-off.

  • Not satisfied? Contact us within 24 hours—we’ll return and correct the issue.

  • If resolution isn’t achieved, a discount on future service may be offered.

  • Satisfaction covers only Holy Shine Cleaners' work—not external factors or pre-existing conditions.

5. Liability, Insurance & Damage

  • We carry $1,000,000 general liability insurance and $10,000 bonding.

  • We are not liable for damage due to pre-existing issues, structural weaknesses, oxidation, or faulty materials.

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of service for assessment.

6. Service Standards & Access

  • Our uniformed, trained technicians use professional equipment and eco-friendly products unless explicitly mentioned.

  • You must grant safe access to your property and secure valuables and pets in advance.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • No charge for cancellations made 48+ hours before service.

  • Same-day cancellations incur a 20% fee, except in emergencies.

  • Holy Shine Cleaners may reschedule due to adverse weather or safety concerns.

8. Website Content & Intellectual Property

  • All website content (text, images, designs, logos) is owned by Holy Shine Cleaners LLC.

  • Any unauthorized use—including copying, distribution, or editing—is strictly prohibited.

9. User-Submitted Content

If you upload or submit content to us (reviews, photos, text), you confirm that you own the rights or have proper authorization and grant us permission to use the content publicly.

10. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel user accounts and refuse service for any violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Holy Shine Cleaners LLC and its staff from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of our website or Services, violation of these Terms, or any applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Holy Shine Cleaners LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Any material changes will be posted with a new Effective Date. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, do not continue to use our site or Services.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County.
