Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 12, 2025

This refund policy apply to this website and all cleaning services and their combination (“Services”) provided by, Holy Shine Cleaners LLC. By accessing this website, booking a service, or submitting payment, you agree to these binding terms.

1. No Refunds After Job Completion

  • All services are considered final upon job completion and sign-off, with no monetary refunds available thereafter.

  • Consistent with California law, we display this policy clearly—customers who proceed with service agree to it.

2. Client Satisfaction & Future Discounts

  • We stand by our work — if you're not fully satisfied, we will return and make it right, free of charge.

  • As a gesture of goodwill, we may offer a discount on future services if corrective work proves insufficient.

3. Scope of Satisfaction Guarantee

  • This guarantee covers only work performed by Holy Shine Cleaners LLC—including window cleaning, power washing, solar panel cleaning, and interior deep cleaning.

  • It does not extend to issues outside our control, such as:

    • Pre-existing structural damage or material defects

    • Natural fading, oxidation, weathering, or aging

    • Problems unrelated to our cleaning methods or equipment

4. Insurance-Covered Claims

  • We carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance and $10,000 in bonding, which applies to proven negligence or accidental damage directly caused by our service.

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of service completion and are subject to inspection and validation.

5. Timely Notification Required

  • To invoke any satisfaction guarantee, re-clean request, or insurance-covered claim, the Client must provide written notice to Holy Shine Cleaners LLC within forty-eight (48) hours of service completion.

  • After forty-eight (48) hours, or after payment is processed (whichever occurs first), the work is deemed accepted and final.

6. Payment & Policy Acceptance

  • Full payment is due per invoice terms (e.g., Net 7) and indicates acceptance of completed work and this policy.

  • Non-payment or late payment does not allow reversal of acceptance or reopening of the satisfaction period.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disagreements not resolved by our satisfaction efforts will be governed under California law, with disputes resolved in Los Angeles County courts.

  • This policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and legally enforceable under the California Civil Code and Business & Professions Code sections governing service contracts and consumer agreements.

3. Let us correct or adjust we return at no additional charge

4. If unresolved, file claim within 48 hours, subject to inspection
