FINANCING DISCLOSURE &
THIRD-PARTY CREDIT DISCLAIMER

This Financing Disclosure explains the relationship between Holy Shine Cleaners LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any third-party financing provider offered in connection with Company services.

 

This document is incorporated into and governed by Section 4 (Client Legal Framework) of the Holy Shine Cleaners LLC Company Governance Binder, including the Company’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, Section 4 controls to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

1. No Lending or Credit Authority

Holy Shine Cleaners LLC does not provide loans, extend credit, set financing terms, or make credit decisions.

Any financing option offered in connection with Company services is:

  • Provided solely by a third-party financing provider (such as Synchrony or similar institutions)

  • Subject to the financing provider’s independent approval, terms, conditions, and disclosures

  • Governed exclusively by the financing provider’s agreement with the client

Holy Shine Cleaners LLC is not a lender, not a credit broker, and not a party to the financing agreement.

 

2. Independent Financing Relationship

If a client elects to use financing:

  • The financing agreement exists solely between the client and the financing provider

  • Holy Shine Cleaners LLC is not responsible for:

    • Credit approval or denial

    • Interest rates, fees, or repayment schedules

    • Changes to financing terms

    • Billing disputes, credit reporting, or account servicing

Questions or disputes related to financing must be directed only to the financing provider.
 

3. No Approval or Rate Guarantees

Holy Shine Cleaners LLC:

  • Does not guarantee financing approval

  • Does not guarantee interest rates, promotional terms, or payment plans

  • Does not represent that financing is available to all clients

All financing offers are subject to:

  • The financing provider’s underwriting criteria

  • Applicable laws and regulations

  • The client’s individual credit profile

4. Separation of Services & Financing Obligations

Service obligations and financing obligations are legally separate.

  • Disputes regarding service quality, scope, or execution are governed by the Company’s Terms & Conditions

  • Disputes regarding payments, balances, interest, or credit terms are governed by the financing provider’s agreement

Approval or use of financing does not alter:

  • Service scope

  • Warranty conditions

  • Cancellation or refund policies

  • Liability limitations

5. Refunds, Credits & Financing Accounts

Any approved refund or credit issued by Holy Shine Cleaners LLC:

  • Will be processed in accordance with the Company’s Terms & Conditions

  • May be applied to the financing account in accordance with the financing provider’s policies

  • Does not modify or cancel the client’s obligations under the financing agreement unless expressly stated by the financing provider

Holy Shine Cleaners LLC does not control how financing providers apply refunds or credits.

 

6. Marketing & Educational References

References to financing in Company materials are provided for informational and convenience purposes only and are not intended to:

  • Influence credit decisions

  • Provide financial advice

  • Substitute for the financing provider’s disclosures

Clients are encouraged to review all financing documents carefully before agreeing to any credit arrangement.

7. Governing Effect & Legal Control

This Financing Disclosure is provided for transparency and informational purposes only and is governed by Section 4 (Client Legal Framework) of the Holy Shine Cleaners LLC Company Governance Binder, including the Company’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

In the event of any inconsistency between this document and any other Company document, Section 4 controls to the fullest extent permitted by law.
